The Future Connected programme provided a transformative experience, connecting with inspirational leaders, thinkers, and 12 brilliant fellow leaders in the Lambeth cultural arts sector in Lambeth.
I have felt overwhelming support from the Future Connected team lead by the expertise and passion from Louise. This support has allowed me to step back from day-to-day operations, engage in big-picture thinking, and realign Art4Space ambitions.
The programme was instrumental in shifting perspectives, providing valuable time for learning, reflection, and inspiration, ultimately an empowering experience. This opportunity gave me much-needed time away from Art4Space to learn, reflect, recharge and be totally inspired. A more mindful leader.
