Community Arts Centre: Suitable for events, evening activities, studio work, or large meetings – with kitchen and screen. It is 18m x 5m
Concessions (Art4Space staff and members): £15ph / £55 half day / £100 full day
Community group (non-for-profit and for social impact): £30ph / £110 half day / £200 full day
Corporates (businesses, charged for workshops and events): £40ph / £155 half day / £300 full day
Make and Mend Space: Perfect for smaller events and meetings— with kitchen, workbench, and seating for 12. It is 5m x 6m
Concessions (Art4Space staff and members): £10ph / £35 half day / £65 full day
Community group (non-for-profit and for social impact): £25ph / £90 half day / £160 full day
Corporates (businesses, charged for workshops and events): £30ph / £110 half day / £200 full day
Kiln: Art4Space has a kiln at the studio. The kiln’s internal space is 56 cm by 43 cm by 41 cm.
Available for use at £50 per load plus VAT.
The hirer is responsible for the kiln firing, and you need to inform us of the right temperatures. We don’t give technical advice because firing is complicated! It just needs to be a verbal agreement. No paperwork is needed.
Important to note:
Set in a quiet gated artist studio with a communal garden.
We operate in collaboration with beneficiaries.
We can be flexible with the terms and needs of the hire, with a bespoke price and established package.
Half day = 4 hours.
The communal lawn is for all residents, so we ask our hirers to use the Art4Space garden in front of the studio.
The Centre has a 55″ screen. You can plug in your laptop with an HDMI cable (there is also an HDMI cable adaptor for Macs) or via Screen Share for your Android phone.
We have a Bluetooth speaker available. A flipchart and paper.
We are happy you can borrow supplies and consumables (e.g., easels, palettes, brushes, tools, paints, etc.) for a small extra charge.
20% VAT will be added to your invoice with a booking agreement.
