The Initial meeting – This is a meeting to discuss the siting of the artwork and the points outlined in Before you call us … And also to discuss the way we work and how this fits into your school environment.
The Proposal – We will then send you a proposal detailing the ideas we talked about in our meeting. This will also include a detailed budget breakdown. This is not a binding contract and if you want to change anything in the proposal we will be happy to discuss this with you.
The Design – Art4Space will facilitate design workshops with your chosen group of pupils and teachers. This can be a short ½ day session with a few different classes or we could work with the whole school over a few days. Art4Space will then work directly from the material gathered in these workshops to create your design
The Making – The artwork created by your pupils will take place in a designated part of your school. This process can last for anything from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on your requirements.
The Installation – The artwork will be installed by Art4Space
The Celebration – We encourage an opening of the artwork to which all the participants and local press can be invited.
