Katrine Stolsnes – Office Manager

‘I joined Art4Space in 2016. I work closely with Eli and Jewels to ensure a smooth running of the office and bookkeeping of the organisation. I also manage Art4Space’s promotional materials and social media accounts.’

Louise – Studio Manager

Louise discovered Art4Space through the Creative Surgery sessions in 2016 and is now our studio manager, working on mosaic commissions, installations and some outreach projects.

Carole – Community Projects Assistant
‘I’ve been with Art4Space since early 2016, volunteering on Creative Surgery, assisting on community projects, facilitating workshops and helping on installations. I enjoy being part of a community arts organisation and have learned a lot from Art4Space about mosaicking and how this can be used in a positive way to help communities. It provides inspiration to me as well in my own work as a fine artist.’

Fran – Why Art Matters Assistant
‘I have a background in fashion/textile design , having gained initial experience working for clothing brands i have dedicated  the last ten years to developing my own label as well as supporting emerging designers via my previous independent London store Labour of Love.
Along the way I have also enjoyed giving talks to design students at colleges and universities on how to go about setting up their own design initiatives.
More recently my interest has shifted to working within the community, in particular with children and I was very lucky to be given the opportunity to start exploring this  through volunteer work with Art4Space last September. I currently  assist on the Why Art Matters programmes and hope to be able to work on some of the outreach programmes in the future.’

Maya – Studio Assistant

Maya joined our team in spring 2018 and uses her experience in project design and installation to work hard on our mosaic commissions, both at the studio and for outreach.

Nick Koldhar – part of the installation team.

‘I started at Art4Space on a course, than came part of the installation team, really love what I do, helps me to cope with my panic attacks, and depression, I can’t thank Art4Space enough, coming from a broken family and dealing with my addiction Art4Space did not judge, but pushed me to do better and better, feel more like family now, not just a volunteer, so words can’t explain how much I owe the team.’
